Our story
Harry and Rafał, two Brighton locals, opened Rybka on Good Friday 2021.
Our fish is hook-and-line caught from UK day boats: Cornwall, Sussex or Scotland, depending on the season. One fish at a time, so we sometimes run out of haddock on a Friday night. We make peace with that.
Triple-cooked chips, local beers and proper cocktails.

All food is cooked in oil that has previously contained gluten, soya, dairy, crustaceans, molluscs and fish. We can't cater for coeliacs. Fish may contain small bones. Please tell us about any allergies.

Booking helps on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sunday lunch. Last bookings are 45 minutes before we close.
